NEW level: Level XXIII (23), NEW apology and NEW Character (It's called the Evil Doctor)

A level where the Evil Doctor is in a black room with you. Navigate to the switch to turn the light back on. THEN MOVE FOREWARD OTHERWISE HE WILL KILL YOU.

My Apology:

When I make levels, I add PowerPoint Sections and when I made Level 21\Level 20 NOW. It said level 21 but the Level before that said Level 19. HUH? I fixed it. UPDATE NOOOOOOW.
